Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: May 13, 2026
Welcome to TamCall. This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, wallet balances, virtual number purchases, and billing-related matters are handled on our platform. By purchasing any service through TamCall, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Communication Services:
TamCall provides digital communication services, including: International and virtual number purchases, Calling and SMS services, Subscription-based access, Wallet balance recharges and usage credit. Due to the nature of telecom and digital communication services, purchases are generally considered final once services, numbers, credits, or subscriptions have been activated or delivered. We encourage users to review service details, supported regions, pricing, and subscription plans carefully before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Payments:
TamCall may offer monthly and annual subscription plans depending on the selected service. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however: Cancellation prevents future renewals only, Current billing periods will remain active until expiration. Previous subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.
3. Wallet Balance & Top-Ups:
Wallet balances, prepaid credits, and recharge amounts added to TamCall accounts are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once credits are added to a user account, they may be used for eligible communication services available on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing pricing, rates, and supported services before adding wallet funds.
4. Virtual Number Purchases:
Virtual or international numbers purchased through TamCall are generally non-refundable once: The number has been activated, Provisioning has been completed, Telecom resources have been allocated. Number availability and activation depend on telecom providers, regional regulations, and verification requirements. Certain number-related issues caused by unsupported third-party platforms, regional restrictions, user configuration errors, or telecom limitations may not qualify for refunds.
5. Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests may be reviewed in limited situations, including: Duplicate or accidental charges, Billing errors, Failed payments resulting in multiple charges, Technical issues preventing activation of purchased services where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds may not be provided in situations including, but not limited to: Change of mind after purchase, Non-use or partial use of services, Failure to cancel subscriptions before renewal, Rejected KYC submissions due to inaccurate or incomplete information, Suspension or restriction resulting from prohibited activities or policy violations, Unsupported third-party platform compatibility issues, Telecom carrier restrictions outside our control, Wallet balance or prepaid credit usage. This policy helps maintain fair usage, operational stability, telecom compliance, and protection against fraudulent or abusive refund claims.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting our support team, we may temporarily review or limit access to associated services or account features while the matter is investigated. We strongly encourage users to contact our support team directly so we can work toward a timely and fair resolution.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds:
Where a refund request is approved, refunds are generally processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution. All payments on TamCall are securely processed through stripe.com
9. Policy Updates:
We may occasionally update this Refund Policy to reflect operational, legal, telecom, or service-related changes. Any updates will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of TamCall after updates means you accept the updated policy.
