1. Using TamCall
TamCall provides services including: Purchasing international or virtual phone numbers, Sending and receiving SMS, Making and receiving calls, Wallet balance management and recharges, Subscription-based communication services. You agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and telecommunications regulations.
2. Accounts & User Access
Certain features of TamCall require account registration and identity verification. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities associated with your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team promptly.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
To comply with applicable regulations, anti-fraud policies, and telecommunications requirements, TamCall may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing certain services or activating virtual numbers. Failure to provide accurate verification information may affect access to some platform features or services.
4. Subscription, Billing & Wallet Balance
TamCall may offer monthly and annual subscription plans, along with prepaid wallet balance services. All payments are securely processed through stripe.com. TamCall does not store complete payment card details on its servers. By purchasing a subscription or adding wallet balance, you authorise applicable charges based on your selected services and usage. Where applicable: Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, Wallet balances are prepaid digital credits used for communication services, Pricing, number availability, and service rates may vary based on region, telecom providers, and operational costs.
5. Virtual Number Usage
Virtual and international numbers provided through TamCall remain subject to telecom regulations, carrier policies, and availability. Certain numbers may: Require identity verification before activation, Have country-specific restrictions, Expire if not renewed or used according to service requirements, Be reclaimed or reassigned after cancellation, expiration, or prolonged inactivity, TamCall cannot guarantee permanent availability of specific numbers.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
To maintain a safe and reliable platform, users may not use TamCall for activities including, but not limited to: Spam messaging, Fraudulent activities, Robocalling, Phishing or deceptive communications, Harassment or abusive behaviour, Illegal marketing campaigns, Unauthorised bulk messaging, Violations of telecom regulations or applicable laws. We reserve the right to review, limit, or restrict platform access where necessary to maintain service quality, legal compliance, and platform integrity.
7. Communication & Data Handling
TamCall provides communication infrastructure services for calls and messaging. We do not intentionally store call recordings, message content, or call recordings unless required by law, regulatory obligations, or operational necessity. Users remain responsible for ensuring their communications comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
8. Service Availability
We continuously work to maintain reliable and secure services. However, service availability may occasionally be affected by: Telecom carrier limitations, Maintenance or infrastructure upgrades, Regional restrictions, Technical interruptions beyond our control. Features, pricing, availability, and platform functionality may change from time to time as the service evolves.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, platform designs, graphics, website content, and related materials associated with TamCall are owned by or licensed to TamCall unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
TamCall may work with trusted third-party providers for: Payment processing, Telecom infrastructure, Identity verification, Cloud hosting, Analytics and operational support. These third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable communication services, TamCall is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, telecom carrier issues, regional restrictions, or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform. Users remain responsible for how they use the services and communication tools provided through TamCall.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational improvements, legal requirements, telecom regulations, or service changes. Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of TamCall after updates means you accept the revised terms.
